What is the Opt-Out Right for California Consumers?
Effective January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provided new data privacy rights for California residents, including the right for consumers to opt-out of having their personal information “sold” as defined under the CCPA. As we explain in our Supplemental Privacy Statement on
rights of California Residents, the CCPA’s definition of “sale” is broad and includes sharing practices common among online businesses.While EKWB does not sell personal information for money without your consent, we do share information for a variety of other purposes, such as to tailor your online experience or provide more relevant advertisements to you. You can tell us not to use your EKWB activity to customize advertising we may show you, whether on EKWB or anywhere else on the web, by opting out using the toggle below.
This Opt-Out is designed only for California Consumers, as defined by CCPA.
